SISTER KENEDY’S POTATO CASSEROLE
6 lg potatoes boiling, cool, peel, grate
½ c butter melted
1 can cream of chicken soup
pint sour cream
1 c cheese
chopped green onions
mix everything together and put into a 9x13 pan
mix with 2 TB melted butter
put on top of potatoes
