Mexican Casserole

Serves: 6-8

Brown: 1 lb hamburger

Combine: hamburger
1 – 1 lb can kidney beans (drained)
1 – 15 oz can enchilada sauce
1 – 8 oz can tomato sauce
1 tb chopped onions

Need: 1 – 6 oz pkg corn chips
2 c shredded cheese
1 cup sour cream

Bake: Half of the cheese and corn chips
Put into a 9x13 in pan
Cover with sour cream
Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 min
Then sprinkle on the rest of the cheese and corn chips
Bake for 5 more minutes
