Ham and Potato Casserole
Cook: 1 c chopped onion
½ c chopped celery
¼ c butter
¼ c flour
2 ½ c milk
stir in: 2 T parsley
1 t Salt
¼ t pepper
1 c shredded cheese
4 cups cubed potatoes
3 c cubed ham
