Prep/Cook Time: 20 minutes
Serves: 4
1 tbsp butter/margarine
1/3 cup milk
Salsa
1 small avocado, sliced (optional)
1 can broccoli cheese soup
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
4 cups hot cooked rice
HEAT butter in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned,
ADD soup and milk and heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes/ until done.
SERVE with rice.
