1 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into strips
1/2 cup chopped red onion (1/2 an onion)
1 - 10 oz package frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
1 medium red bell pepper, cut into strips
1/2 cup salsa
tortillas
shredded Cheddar cheese
sour cream
Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add garlic, cook and stir for 2 minutes. Add chicken and onion and cook thoroughly. Add broccoli, red pepper and salsa. Cook 5 minutes. Serve.
