Navajo Tacos

2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 - 3/4 cup warm water
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon shortening

Combine dry ingredients, cut in shortening with fork. Slowly add water a little at a time. Let dough rest 15 mintues, divide into 12 portions and roll out into 7''
